Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and credit management tasks, including:

  • Managing credit applications, trade references and related documentation
  • Allocating payments and resolving discrepancies
  • Proactively managing overdue accounts and customer follow‑ups
  • Monitoring national account portals
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reporting, including cash forecasts
  • Overseeing the rebates process end‑to‑end

Requirements:

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • 7+ years' experience in a similar Credit Control role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
