Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and credit management tasks, including:
- Managing credit applications, trade references and related documentation
- Allocating payments and resolving discrepancies
- Proactively managing overdue accounts and customer follow‑ups
- Monitoring national account portals
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reporting, including cash forecasts
- Overseeing the rebates process end‑to‑end
Requirements:
We're looking for someone who brings:
- 7+ years' experience in a similar Credit Control role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with internal stakeholders and customers
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
