Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using typescript
- Build responsive and interactive front‑end features using modern React frameworks
- Develop and maintain backend services and using APIs and Node.js
- Work with cloud-native architectures and services, primarily on AWS
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability, particularly when handling large imagery datasets and spatial data
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with best practices
- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and technical discussions
- Collaborate effectively within a cross‑functional Agile team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3yearsfront‑end development experience using:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React
- 3 yearsofBackend development experience, including:
- API development
- Node.JS
- Exposure to best practices, including:
- Automated testing
- CI/CD pipelines
- Peer code reviews
- Agile methodologies
- Understanding of software quality, testing, and maintainability
- Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Right to work in Australia
- Experience using Jira or similar tools for Agile project management
