Description:
Most organisations are trying to modernise legacy businesses while simultaneously preparing for an AI driven future. Very few know how to do both.
A global consulting firm is building a next generation transformation practice focused on helping complex, service led organisations extract real value and redesign how they operate for what comes next.
This is not traditional consulting. It’s practical, outcome driven work at the intersection of business, technology and execution.
We’re hiring junior consultants who want breadth, challenge and acceleration rather than a narrow lane too early in their career.
What you’ll be doing
• Working on complex transformation problems across business and technology
• Helping legacy and service based organisations unlock trapped value
• Supporting the redesign of operating models for modern, data led enterprises
• Building commercial business cases grounded in real world constraints
• Working across strategy, operations and execution rather than slideware only
• Supporting technology enabled change, not just recommending it
• Learning how global organisations actually run, not how they look on paper
• Collaborating with senior consultants on ambiguous, high stakes problems
What you’ll bring
• Early career consulting or adjacent commercial experience
• Background in retail, POS, legacy systems or service led businesses strongly valued
• Curiosity about how large organisations really work under the surface
• Ability to break down messy problems into clear, structured thinking
• Interest in both business and technology consulting
• Exposure to operating models, transformation or commercial analysis
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with stakeholders
Why this role is different
• This is not a process driven consulting factory
• You will work across industries, problems and disciplines
• You will gain exposure to global clients and transformation programmes
• You will build judgement, not just frameworks
• You will grow with a practice that is scaling internationally
If you want a safe, narrow consulting role, this probably isn’t it.
If you want to help global organisations navigate real transformation and build skills that will compound over time, this is worth exploring.
