- Manage and optimise after-sales operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective customer service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales department to ensure seamless processes.
- Prepare reports on after-sales performance and present to management.
- Travel to sites across Australia.
Requirements:
A successful After Sales Manager should have:
- Relevant qualifications in business, sales, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in after-sales within the energy & utilities sector - power transformers experience is desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel across Australia to customer sites.
Conditions:
- Competitive salary range: AUD 150000 - AUD 160000.
