Requirements:
A successful Business Systems Manager should have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT, business systems, or information-security management roles.
- Experience managing small technical teams or external service providers.
- Practical experience with SaaS system administration, identity management, and automation tools
- Strong project-management, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Ability to document and improve internal business processes across departments.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- A proactive approach to staying informed on industry advancements.
