Description:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Graphic & Social Designer to lead all visual design across McMullin’s social platforms and brand collateral, while playing a hands-on role in content creation. This role is pivotal in shaping our visual identity, driving engagement, and ensuring consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
You will be responsible for designing all social content and marketing collateral, alongside creating original content with a strong focus on photography and videography (preferred). From in-studio shoots to campaign assets and brand storytelling, you will develop and execute high-impact, on-brand content that strengthens McMullin’s presence and connects with our audience.
This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for interiors and design, and strong technical skills across graphic design, social media, and content creation.

Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:
- Design all creative assets across McMullin’s channels, including social media posts, stories, reel covers, EDMs, website graphics, paid advertising, lookbooks, and in-store collateral
- Lead the visual execution of campaigns, launches, sales periods, and seasonal edits, translating marketing strategy into elevated creative outcomes
- Conceptualise and produce original content end-to-end, including styling, shooting, editing, and publishing photography and video content
- Capture regular content in the showroom, studio, and at photoshoots, including styled product moments, behind-the-scenes footage, new arrivals, and brand storytelling
- Plan and execute ongoing in-house shoots to showcase collections, hero products, and living spaces for social media, website, and marketing use.
- Edit imagery and video to a high standard using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring consistency in colour, tone, and overall brand aesthetic
- Develop branded templates and visual systems to streamline everyday content creation while maintaining a refined look
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to bring campaign concepts and commercial strategies to life visually
- Ensure all creative output reflects McMullin’s design philosophy of modern simplicity, craftsmanship, and longevity
- Balance daily content needs with larger campaign and design deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, social media, or content creation within a design-driven brand.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
- Strong photography and videography skills, with experience shooting and editing content for social media.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small, creative team.
- Passion for interiors, homewares, and contemporary design.
