About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Print Room Operator to join our NSW Direct Service team, based on multiple client sites (North Shore location). This is a hands-on role where you'll manage the full spectrum of print services—from design and printing to distribution—while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
- Operate and manage print room production, ensuring top-quality output for internal and external documents
- Handle offline finishing tasks such as binding, laminating, and scoring.
- Use job submission software to manage print requests and workflows.
- Coordinate specialty and overflow jobs with outsourced partners.
- Perform pre-production tasks including document design, editing, and imposition.
- Troubleshoot basic printer issues and assist with consumables management.
- Deliver finished products, paper stock and consumables across the client campus —physical fitness required
- Strong customer service skills—face-to-face, phone, and email.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Technical skills in:
- Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Cloud
- Job ticketing tools (e.g., Trello)
- Previous experience in a print room or similar environment.
- Familiarity with Konica Minolta production equipment (advantageous).
- IT/network troubleshooting experience highly regarded
