At this unique moment in South Australia’s history, Adelaide University seeks its inaugural Director, International Recruitment. Reporting to the Executive Director, Future Students, within the International and External Engagement portfolio, the Director will lead the strategic planning and operational execution of the International Recruitment function, enabling it to achieve international student targets through strong engagement and nurturing partnerships that share the University’s vision and strategic goals.
With relevant international education experience, and established capability managing a large globally focused team, candidates will demonstrate the profile, ambition and wherewithal to help shape a long-term strategy and deliver outcomes that will enhance the University’s international reputation and network of relationships.
Candidates will exhibit the entrepreneurial flair and commercial skills to pursue exciting new initiatives, the credibility to lead a high performing team, and the stakeholder engagement skills to influence and collaborate at all levels.
