Customer Success Manager | AI SaaS | Sydney, Hybrid Working
We’re partnering with a heavily backed AI SaaS scale-up that’s quickly becoming a standout name in its space. With strong investment, global customers, and rapid growth across APAC, they’re now hiring a Customer Success Manager to support their expanding client base.
This is a high-touch, relationship-led CSM role, focused on onboarding, implementation, and long-term customer success. No upsell targets and quota pressure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers as their trusted point of contact
- Leading onboarding and multi-week implementations, working closely with customers throughout
- Partnering with internal teams (product, engineering, delivery) to ensure smooth rollouts and strong adoption
- Supporting customers post-go-live to maximise value, engagement, and retention
- Building long-term, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders
What they’re looking for:
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or technology environments
- Comfortable in high-touch, customer-facing roles with complex stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
