We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to members of our Finance Management Team. In this role, you will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare documents and reports, take minutes, and oversee key processes including invoicing, filing, contractor coordination, new starter support, and ad hoc project work.

Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will be a central point of contact — ensuring smooth communication across the Finance function and helping to drive consistency, efficiency, and collaboration.

Important to your success

  • Previous experience in a fast paced team assistant or administrative support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to build open, trusting, and collaborative working relationships.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions focused mindset.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • A team player who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys supporting other.
