Hiring: Enterprise Program Manager – Lending
Location: Sydney (Hybrid – Tue & Thu from office mandatory)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Program Manager with strong Lending / Financial Services exposure to lead large-scale, complex programs within a high-impact environment.
About the Role
As a Program Manager within the Lending business, you will take full ownership of end-to-end delivery of major customer programs and internal transformation initiatives. This role requires a blend of delivery excellence, domain expertise, financial acumen, and senior stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of large, interdependent programs from initiation to delivery
- Drive strategic alignment with Capital Markets and business stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and manage Project Managers, consultants, and specialist teams
- Oversee delivery across BA, Development, QA, Implementation, and Support teams
- Manage budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and overall program performance
- Maintain strong engagement with senior stakeholders up to C-suite level
- Define, own, and execute the delivery strategy
- Establish and rollout best-practice program and project management frameworks
- Ensure delivery excellence while maximising program margin
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Program Director / Enterprise Program Manager managing complex, high-value programs
- Strong understanding of IT project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and full SDLC
- Experience delivering large transformation or systems programs
- Financial services experience or strong background in complex enterprise programs
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and risk management capability
- Willingness to travel when required
Must Have
- Experience in Lending or Fintech
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
