Description:
Managing and progressing files in practice areas including Personal InjuryWorking with the Principal Solicitor in the following areas of law:
Criminal
Industrial and Employment
AdministrativeHandling general legal enquiries referred by union partnersRepresenting union members in employment-related criminal mattersLiaising with union officials, members, and other stakeholdersWorking closely with Special Counsel and the Principal Solicitor on complex mattersMaintaining high standards of client service and file management
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of two years' post-admission experience
A demonstrated understanding of, and empathy with, the goals and values of trade unions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and high organisational capability
Effective time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A collaborative and professional approach to legal practice
