About The Role
You will be responsible for providing IT helpdesk support to users for hardware, software and applications, perform routine network maintenance functions, and manage and develop Council’s web site and intranet in conjunction with content authors.
About You
The
Successful Candidate Will Have
- Broad knowledge of, and experience in use of PC hardware and software and in troubleshooting routine faults;
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to “think outside the square” when necessary;
- In-depth knowledge of technologies and applications used on the web;
- Demonstrated ability to analyse information, solve problems and make sound judgments;
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service;
- Ability to work independently and/or with the team under pressure;
- Ability to meet time project deadlines, manage constraints and competing deadlines;
- Demonstrated record of achievement in Information Technology;

Salary Range
From $1550 per week (+ super) to $1795 per week (+ super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable
candidate.
