Alongside the technology, we need internal lawyers who will be our SME's, sales, marketing and operations specialists who will quickly provide the infrastructure to support this endeavour. We are excited to launch our search for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be on the tools bringing great talent in, as well as working across meaty projects to allow us to sustain this pace!
What You'll Do
- Develop recruitment strategies: Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Take a proactive approach - we need you to lead the charge in headhunting top talent, both externally and internally.
- Manage hiring process: Oversee the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate, and hiring manager experience. Work alongside the P&C Team to ensure we have a top tier process in place
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand talent needs
- Employer Branding: Proactively build brand awareness in the market. Use your networking skills to attend and host meet-ups, identify top events in Australia we should attend and be social media whizz to get our employer brand in front of the right eyeballs
- Data-driven decisions: Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to refine hiring processes and improve efficiency. Provide insights to stakeholders on recruiting practices.
- Internal coaching: You'll be the recruitment guru, coaching and empowering our teams to nail every hire, making the hiring process a breeze for everyone involved. Mentor and work alongside a highly motivated Tech Recruiter to manage the pipeline
- Speciality in generalist recruitment with experience recruiting for Developers to manage overflow. The focus of this role will be the non-dev positions but the ability to step in during a hiring crunch is key to success. Minimum 5 years' experience recruiting across a range of roles (from sales to marketing, to those with niche legal backgrounds)
- Strong relationship skills: you connect easily with others and can flex your style to establish effective relationships.
- Disposition to work and execute fast, without compromising on quality. You have a bias for action, and don't sit around waiting to be told what to do.
- Deliver proactive sourcing strategies across social platforms, recruitment tools, industry networks and direct outreach to attract high-calibre candidates
- Experience in a scale-up environment. We are building the plane as it's taking off. If this sounds exciting over daunting, this might be the place for you!
- Continuously evolve recruitment processes, tools and ways of working to improve efficiency, quality of hire and stakeholder experience
- Maintain accurate ATS records and provide regular reporting on hiring metrics, pipeline health and market intelligence. Experience using Workable would be welcomed
