About the role
We’re on the hunt for an awesome Marketing Co-ordinator with 1–2 years’ experience — someone who’s naturally curious, hardworking , and has real hunger to learn .
Digital marketing, automation, and performance are deep skill sets. The tools change, new tactics emerge, and there’s always more to master — so we’re not looking for someone who already knows everything. We’re looking for someone with the ability to absorb information quickly , ask great questions, and commit to becoming exceptional in their craft.
If you’re reasonably “book smart” (strong academic results help), and you’ve got a track record of doing challenging things — whether that’s in work, sport, side projects, leadership, or something else you’ve pushed hard at — you’ll fit right in.
You’ll join a team with strong mentors across Apartments.com.au and iBuildNew . There’s a playbook that works, and people who’ve been in the space a long time. Your job is to learn fast, execute well, and steadily level up.
