Description:

This role is focused on keeping the office organised and supporting the team with general administration. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, help with phone enquiries, manage stationery and office supplies, assist with basic accounts, liaise with IT and facilities providers, and keep the shared spaces tidy. You will also help set up desks for new starters, coordinate equipment orders and assist the team with simple project related admin when required.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing documents and reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally.
  • Assist in organising company events and internal meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with office procedures and workplace policies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members.

Requirements:

A successful Office Coordinator should have:

  • 2 years + experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A go getter happy to help out attitude

Conditions:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $72,000 to $80,000 + super
