Description:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers
- Coordinate and contribute to Learning & Development initiatives, training programs, and compliance requirements
- Act as a backup for payroll, supporting payroll processing and queries when required
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, policies, and systems
- Provide first-level HR advice and support to employees and managers
- Assist with HR reporting and data management
- Leading Performance Reviews
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as the business evolves
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in an HR or People & Culture role
- Exposure to payroll processes and legislation (hands-on experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong willingness to learn payroll and expand technical HR knowledge
- Highly proactive, eager, and comfortable taking ownership
- Flexible and open-minded approach to problem-solving
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Conditions:
