Description:
Responsibilities / Critical Deliverables
* Lead the development of end to end solution architectures for complex, multi domain initiatives.
* Design integrations, data flows, and interface specifications across Microsoft, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.
* Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand strategic outcomes and translate them into solution designs.
* Assess solution options, conduct impact analysis, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and technology roadmaps.
* Produce high quality architectural artefacts, including conceptual, logical, and physical designs.
* Work closely with domain architects, technical specialists, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure solution feasibility and traceability from design to implementation.
* Identify architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies.
* Ensure solutions accommodate scalability, security, reliability, performance, and operational considerations.
Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications
* 5 plus years' experience delivering solution architectures for large‑scale enterprise initiatives involving complex integration and multi‑system interoperability.
* Strong capability in integration architecture, including API design, middleware patterns, messaging, event-driven integration, and data exchange models.
* Experience across Microsoft technology stacks (e.g., Azure Integration Services, Azure cloud services, .NET platforms).
* Experience implementing or integrating with SAP solutions (ECC or S/4HANA), particularly in heterogeneous enterprise environments.
* Familiarity with architecture frameworks and modelling standards (e.g., TOGAF, UML).
* Experience in rail, transport, logistics/supply chain, or mining highly regarded.
