Description:
General Requirements: · Available for a Full-Time position and eligible to work in Australia· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in an Enterprise environment
· Familiar with and capable of supporting both Windows and Mac OS
· A passion for IT and providing excellent customer service
· Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management
· Excellent troubleshooting skills and a willingness to resolve issues
· Ability to work to deadlines and complete tasks on time
· Team player but also able to work well autonomously
· Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 20kg
Technical Skills (Required):
· Knowledge, experience and competency with:
· Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software & operating system issues (including Windows 10 & 11, Mac OS, MS Office 365 and associated applications)
· Installation of computer hardware and peripherals
· Active Directory Users and Computers
· Software and OS deployment using SCCM or other deployment technologies
· Mobile Devices
· iPhone and tablet support
· Mobile Device Management (MDM) 1st Level Support
· Networking
· Network Troubleshooting
· AP installation
· Ethernet troubleshooting (work in tandem with Global Support team)
· Cisco Switches rack and stack (work in tandem with Global Support team)
· Basic Cisco Configuration (work in tandem with Global)
