Make an immediate impact in a business where the scale, pace and visibility of your work truly matters. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own a broad, operationally critical portfolio, blending high‑volume recruitment with niche technical sourcing and strategic advisory.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, including:
    • Facilities Management
    • Engineering & Maintenance
    • Refrigeration Technicians & Apprenticeships
    • Fire Protection
    • Compliance Auditors
    • Construction, Program & Project Management
    • Distribution Centres & operational teams
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and ongoing operational needs
  • Partner with senior leaders to advise on market conditions, attraction strategies, time‑to‑hire and diverse hiring
  • Use insights + data to solve complex talent challenges and influence decision-making
  • Enhance process efficiency and champion an exceptional candidate experience
  • Collaborate with TA colleagues to share knowledge, improve processes and deliver collective results
  • Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and operational rhythms

Requirements:

What you'll bring

  • Background in Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment, ideally across technical, operational, blue‑collar or high‑volume environments
  • Ability to remain calm, structured and solutions-focused in fast-paced settings
  • Strong stakeholder influence, with confidence to guide, challenge and advise
  • Proven experience with proactive sourcing, particularly for technical roles
  • Comfort operating within large, complex organisations
  • A collaborative, warm and engaging style with genuine resilience
