Description:
- Develop end‑to‑end reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, integrating data from various enterprise sources.
- Perform data transformation and modelling to support scalable reporting and BI.
- Implement data governance, security controls and environment management (Dev/Test/Prod).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data and reporting needs into technical solutions.
- Produce documentation including data flows, models and architecture artefacts.
- Support knowledge transfer to ensure smooth BAU operations after delivery.
Requirements:
A successful Data Engineer should have:
- Strong experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services.
- Proven expertise in data pipelines, data modelling, ETL/ELT frameworks, and analytics solution delivery.
- Experience working in government or other regulated environments (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and governance skills.
