Description:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance system functionality.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs.
- Conduct regular system updates and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Provide training and support to users of the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
- Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other technology systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in a medium enterprise environment (must have).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Hands‑on experience managing ServiceNow modules, catalogs, workflows, forms, and UI policies.
- ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification strongly preferred.
