We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Designer to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Packaging Designer and supporting the Senior Designer and Content Manager, you will assist in the delivery of engaging creative that builds brand awareness and supports marketing activity across multiple channels.

What’s the Scoop?

Role

This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be trusted to take initiative while working within established brand guidelines. You’ll create a wide range of creative assets including:

• Digital and print artwork for point-of-sale, catalogues, banners and brochures
• Visuals to support new product launches and marketing activations
• Creative for internal communications and trade shows
• Website and product content uploads
• Video and motion content
  
  

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, internal stakeholders and agency partners, responding to briefs and feedback in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone early in their career who’s keen to learn, contribute and grow. You’ll ideally have:

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design (or similar)
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Video editing experience highly desirable (After Effects and/or Premiere Pro a big plus)
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to collaborate across teams
