Newington Management is on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
A perfect opportunity for someone starting out or in their early career (0-2 years’ experience) who is keen to get hands-on experience across design, site, safety, cost and program management within a boutique consultancy environment.
Candidates will have recently completed (or in their final year) in any relevant property or construction degrees, including construction management, engineering, architecture, property economics or similar.
As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers across the full lifecycle of property and construction projects whilst building skills in coordination, delivery and stakeholder management. From site visits, writing consultant scopes, to tracking design actions and preparing payment certificates – you will be supported to make meaningful contributions to construction and development projects.
Current projects include several high end residential apartments eastern suburbs, remedial projects and subdivisions - all across both planning and construction involvement.
