A family run custom homebuilder based on the Central Coast is looking for a Junior Draftsperson to join their team.

With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, they have an excellent reputation and are known for delivering high quality homes and maintaining a close knit team culture. Company values and long-term fit are genuinely important to them! Projects include high-end custom homes valued up to $2M.

The role

Working closely with senior designers and the construction team, you will assist with:

• Preparing architectural drawings and documentation in Revit
• Supporting design development and detailing for custom homes
• Assisting with projects from concept through to construction documentation
• Coordinating internally to ensure drawings are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements
  
  

About you

• Junior-level experience as a designer or draftsperson
• Confident using Revit
• Interest in custom residential construction
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
