As Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of quality enhancement projects that improve student outcomes. You will coordinate project activities, monitor timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
Your responsibilities include preparing reports, documenting business requirements, and creating visual materials to communicate progress. Working under general direction, you will liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
About You
You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience in project coordination or administration. You thrive in dynamic environments and can manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will be an advantage.

The Office of Academic Quality and Enhancement, led by the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic Quality and Enhancement), is responsible for key functions that support the University’s academic standards and student experience. These include Curriculum Services, Student Policy and Integrity Services, Academic Quality, Compliance and Risk and Strategic Projects.
Within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students) Portfolio, the Strategic Projects team plays a vital role in supporting strategic and operational priorities across student-related and academic services. Experience in developing project documentation in a variety of formats for use by the project team, decision makers and end users, representing a range of academic, professional staff and student perspectives. Well-developed communication skills with the ability to design and present clear and concise summaries of complex information, including the visualisation of data. Demonstrated ability to adapt process, methods and requirements to meet strict and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
