Description:
Bennett Constructions is seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Contracts Administrator to join our committed project delivery team. With more than half a century of experience delivering high‑quality commercial and community projects across regional NSW, Bennett Constructions has built a strong reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and collaborative project partnerships.In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our Project by managing contract administration processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping ensure each project progresses efficiently and in line with organisational and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering subcontract and head contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing and maintaining accurate project records and correspondence
- Monitoring project financials, including budgets, variations, and progress claims
- Facilitating clear communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with all contractual, legal, and organisational obligations
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or building management preferred
At least 5 years of experience in contracts administration within the building and construction industry.
