Summary Of The Role

We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Planning & Logistics Administrator to join our busy team, supporting the mobilisation of crane crews to major shutdowns across the resources sector.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys keeping things in order, takes pride in meeting compliance requirements, and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. You’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks across various systems, shifting priorities while waiting on outcomes, and staying on top of details in a fast-paced operational setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing administrative support to the Planning and Logistics team to ensure the smooth running of a busy shutdown department
  • Managing drug and alcohol testing processes in line with internal and client requirements
  • Booking training courses, VOCs and medicals
  • Raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Registering employees through client portals including Assignar, Enable and CMS
  • Communicating with workers regarding availability and allocation preferences
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee qualifications and compliance
  • Processing roster travel requests


What You’ll Need

  • Professional level experience in administration and strong proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Comfortable working between multiple computer systems to execute daily duties
  • Ability to be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • To be detail orientated and able to exercise initiative consistently
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders via phone & email
