To be successful in this role, the following is required:

• Minimum qualification of Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, (or equivalent)
• Up to date First Aid, CPR, EpiPen and Asthma Management qualifications
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Experience using Xplor (or similar online education platform) (desirable)
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate responsive routines and programs guided by the approved learning frameworks
• Current mandatory reporting training
• Team focused approach
