About the role:
Operating within the Discpline of Paramedicine, the Associate Professor/Professor in Paramedicine will provide leadership and make outstanding contributions to learning and teaching, scholarship and research in paramedicine. The role involves leading academic program governance, fostering collegial relationships within and beyond the university and building partnerships with external organizations and communities. As Head of Discipline, the Associate Professor/Professor in Paramedicine will drive quality improvement of paramedicine programs, mentor staff in learning and teaching activities and lead the development, implementation and accreditation of paramedicine curricula. The role will also cultivate external partnerships to enhance teaching, research and graduate outcomes.

What we offer:

- Total remuneration valued to $202,272 - $222,654 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $171,352 - $188,772 (pro rata) pa (Associate Professor - Academic Level D), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Total remuneration valued to $260,037 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $220,723 (pro rata) pa ( Professor - Academic Level E), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. - 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
