Description:
Key duties of this role will include:
- Manage budget and forecasting processes: Support the financial planning process, ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cashflow analysis
- Deliver accurate financial reporting: Track performance against targets, including variance analysis across P&L, Balance Sheet, and KPIs.
- Provide financial insights to internal stakeholders, support data-driven decision-making and organisational goals.
- Improve reporting capabilities through the development of dashboards for both financial and operational data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Manage product, project, budget, and managerial reporting, offering a strategic view of financial performance and accuracy.
Requirements:
A successful Management Accountant must have:
- ASX listed experience (desired)
- Bachelor of Business/Commerce - Accounting or equivalent
- Certified Practicing Accounting (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, management reporting and business partnering
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
