Talent and Culture Executive

You’re friendly, proactive, and eager to build your HR career. Experience in HR, payroll, administration, or hospitality is an advantage — but not essential. We provide full training and development for the right person.

Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, you’ll play a key role in supporting our people and culture function across:

• Recruitment & onboarding
• Payroll support
• Training & development
• Rewards & recognition
• Employee engagement
• General HR administration

You’ll also be the first point of contact for the Talent & Culture office, representing the resort with professionalism and warmth.
