Description:
As the standalone P&C Lead for ANZ, you will own the full employee lifecycle and act as the primary advisor to local leaders. You'll implement regional and global people policies in the ANZ context, drive talent acquisition, employee relations, people analytics, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values while enabling business growth in a matrixed organization.
Employee Lifecycle & Operations
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for ANZ, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Oversee onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR data integrity and deliver regular people analytics reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies and local employment legislation.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering
- Advise and coach leaders on performance, engagement, and organizational changes.
- Implement global and regional initiatives locally and tailor communications for ANZ.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers.
Strategic People Insights & Planning
- Translate data trends into actionable interventions.
- Lead workforce planning and succession strategies for critical roles.
Employee Relations & Risk Management
- Manage ER cases with fairness and consistency.
- Uphold company values and Code of Conduct in all decisions.
Requirements:
- 8 years in HR/P&C with broad generalist scope and stand alone roles
- Experience with Australia and New Zeland labor law
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment law.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors is a plus.

- Having full working right to work in Australia
Conditions:
