You’ll lead the planning and delivery of our social strategy across key channels—creating scroll-stopping content that grows our community, strengthens brand love, and drives online revenue.

This role suits a confident, proactive self-starter who lives and breathes digital content, stays ahead of social and fashion trends, and keeps our brand story moving—building community, connection, and growth through compelling storytelling.

Based in our beautiful Sydney HQ, you’ll be part of an upbeat, organised team that values craft and creativity.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and schedule daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
  • Ideate, shoot and edit high-delivering content for organic and paid channels (Reels/TikTok, stories, static and ads).
  • Own channel strategy with a commercial lens—using insights to grow reach, engagement, loyalty and online revenue.
  • Maintain clear content calendars, manage approvals, and keep campaign rollouts running smoothly across teams.
  • Ensure every post feels cohesive, premium and on-brand—aligned with visual direction and seasonal storytelling.
  • Continue to engage with, moderate and build our social community: engage daily, respond to comments/DMs, and monitor brand mentions.
  • Partner with Customer Service to ensure social replies are thoughtful, detailed and consistent with our tone of voice.
  • Support paid social delivery by coordinating assets, copy and timelines with the Creative/Digital teams and external partners.
  • Track and report performance weekly/monthly, sharing insights on what’s working and what to refine.
  • Stay ahead of trends, creators and cultural moments in fashion and lifestyle—translating them into brand-right ideas.
  • Research, manage and nurture influencer/creator partnerships aligned with brand strategy.
  • Run gifting and seeding programs end-to-end: outreach, dispatch, follow-ups, content collection and compliance.
  • Coordinate product for shoots, content days and creator programs, ensuring samples are tracked and handled with care.
  • Continually improve the content production model—balancing efficiency with creative impact.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Social Media / Content role within a fast-paced, high-growth business—ideally fashion, beauty, or premium eCommerce.
  • Strong platform knowledge across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest, with a natural instinct for trends, creators and culture.
  • Confident end-to-end content skills: planning, creating, styling, shooting and editing—especially short-form video for Reels and TikTok.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft elevated, on-brand captions and social copy that drives engagement and clicks.
  • Performance-minded approach with a solid understanding of paid social across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads, including coordinating creative for campaigns.
  • Analytical capability: comfortable reading performance data and producing reports using tools such as TikTok Analytics and Google Analytics, then turning insights into action.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail—able to manage calendars, approvals, deadlines and multiple stakeholders smoothly.
  • Experience managing community engagement and collaborating with influencers/creators (briefing, seeding, follow-ups and content collection).
  • Proficiency in social scheduling and publishing tools (and confidence adopting new platforms quickly).
  • Curious and future-focused, with a willingness to embrace emerging AI tools to elevate ideation, editing workflows, reporting and content optimisation—while keeping brand quality, consistency and originality front and centre.
