- Based at Roseworthy Campus, University of Adelaide
- Casual role, various shifts available on a 24/7 roster
- (HEO 7) $64.33 to $74.46 per hour plus an employer contribution of 12% superannuation applies. In addition, loadings between 15% and 40% apply when working outside the normal span of hours in accordance with the University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement.

Work that matters
As a member of the Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) team at the Roseworthy Veterinary Hospital, you will provide high-quality care to a varied and growing caseload of small animal patients through a 24/7 roster. You will have access to advanced imaging modalities, including CT, and work closely with a dedicated radiographer and onsite veterinary diagnostic laboratory, enabling collaboration with pathologists to achieve the best patient outcomes.
As part of the Roseworthy Veterinary Hospital team, you will provide high-quality emergency and critical care for small animals while contributing to the clinical education of future veterinarians. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes, student learning, and the ongoing development of a vibrant teaching hospital.

The team
You will join a motivated and experienced team of veterinarians, nurses, and support staff delivering emergency and critical care services 24/7. Reporting to the Head of Emergency and Critical Care, your role will contribute to both patient care and veterinary education. Supported by a team of experienced academic specialists, you will engage in daily case discussions and contribute to complex clinical decision-making. In addition, you will play a key role in the education of final-year veterinary students, involving them in case management and providing hands-on learning opportunities while modeling the highest standards of clinical and professional practice, helping to shape the next generation of veterinarians.
