About The Business
A diversified financial services firm dedicated to helping Australians achieve better financial wellbeing through comprehensive advice, strategic planning, and trusted partnership. With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, the business combines deep technical expertise with empathy and clarity across four core divisions: Wealth, Accounting, Lifestyle and Care.
Financial advice is viewed by the business as fundamentally about people, choices, and building confidence in the future. Its integrated model supports clients across every life stage, from wealth accumulation and investment planning to aged care transitions, ensuring holistic financial guidance when it matters most.
The Opportunity
The business is establishing a new Sales Development Team – a specialised function designed to connect, qualify, and activate new opportunities across all divisions, service lines and joint venture partners. This is not a traditional sales role. It is a unique chance to help design, build, and execute a modern client-acquisition engine within one of Australia's most respected independent financial services firms. This role will suit an ambitious, autonomous operator with the capability and drive to lead and grow this team as it scales.
The role will work closely with Advice and Marketing teams to engage prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and help shape how the business grows. This foundational role offers the opportunity to build systems, processes, and relationships from the ground up whilst contributing directly to the firm's strategic expansion. The role sits at the intersection of client engagement, data-driven insights, and business development, making a tangible impact from day one.
As part of a values-driven organisation, the successful candidate will experience the satisfaction of knowing that every conversation initiated helps an individual or family take meaningful control of their financial future. This role provides exposure to senior leadership, diverse business functions, and a clear pathway for career progression within financial services.
