Description:
- Full ownership of month‑end, reporting, finance ops.
- Business partnering across supply chain, marketing, sales and ops
- Presentation of monthly management reporting to SLT
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial modelling to drive investment decision making
- Manage inventory accounting
- Drive the establishment of new/improved systems/controls/processes in Finance
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA/CPA qualification
- A genuine willingness to be hands on - you might even have to jump in and process payments at times!
- Experience with E-commerce / partnering with supply chain in a retail environment advantageous
- Exposure to managing significant inventory ideal
- Experience working with founders in a small business/start up environment also regarded but not requisite
- Excellent communication skills
