Description:
- Account Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for assigned retail accounts to achieve revenue, profit, and unit targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with business owners, department managers, and buying groups.
- Sales Execution: Lead commercial negotiations, including annual cost reductions and contract renewals, to secure win-win outcomes.
- Inventory & Forecasting: Calculate weekly sell-out forecasts and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize long-term stock issues.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Delivery: Participate in the design and execution of GTM strategies, ensuring all promotional programs and new product introductions (NPI) are launched effectively.
- Product Advocacy & Training: Coordinate and deliver product knowledge training and technical support to retail floor staff to drive sell-out of premium segments.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and report on competitor intelligence, including pricing, promotional activity, and market trends, to provide actionable feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Financial Oversight: Manage account receivables, track tooling/ED&T payments, and process credit/debit requests to maintain accurate revenue reporting.
- Display & Merchandising: Secure strategic in-store display locations and ensure high standards of brand representation and display maintenance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to optimize trade spend and maximize brand exposure.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance reports, pipeline observations, and contact reports for senior management.
Requirements:
The Successful Applicant
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven success in account management or B2B sales, ideally within the Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG sectors.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) or Power BI.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Adaptability: Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing market dynamics.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to customer locations.
