Blanc Atelier Interiors Pty Ltd is a fast-growing Melbourne-based commercial interior design studio specialising in hospitality, medical, retail and office environments.
Due to increasing project demand, we are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Revit Draftsperson to support our documentation workflow on a flexible, fully remote casual basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Casual remote position
- 8–40 hours per week depending on workload
- Flexible hours within Monday–Friday only
- Ongoing work with potential to grow into permanent part-time (not guaranteed)
- Direct mentoring, training and structured guidance provided
- No site visits or travel required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings using Revit
- Draft from mark-ups, sketches and design instructions
- Assist in the development of project specifications and construction documentation
- Prepare and coordinate drawing sets and documentation packages
- Collaborate with designers and consultants to ensure drawings meet client requirements and relevant codes and standards
- Revise drawings and documents based on internal review and stakeholder feedback
- Maintain organised project files, models and documentation for easy access and reference
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong proficiency in Revit (including schedules, phases, families and documentation workflows)
- Ability to use key Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Junior, graduate, or mid-level experience considered
- Associate degree or certification in drafting or related field preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture highly regarded
- Basic understanding of drafting codes and practices within Victoria / Australia
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and responsive communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in commercial interiors highly regarded
- Must have working rights in Australia
REMUNERATION:
- $35–$45 per hour casual depending on capability
- Superannuation paid in addition
- Rate review after 3–6 months based on performance
