- Coordinate and manage supply planning and logistics activities.
- Ensure timely procurement and distribution of materials.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support accounting and finance processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for supply chain operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on supply chain performance.
Requirements:
A successful Supply Chain & Logistic Specialist should have:
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience working within the Life Science industry is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management systems and tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Conditions:
- Hourly rate of AUD 55-60 plus superannuation.
- Temporary role with flexible working arrangements.
- Work from home Thursday and Friday
