About The Role
We are seeking a talented Digital Designer / Digital Content Designer to elevate our digital presence and create premium, user-centred visuals that resonate with modern families. In this hands-on role, you'll lead the execution of digital content across our website, campaigns, social media, and marketing channels, ensuring everything is clear, accessible, and aligned with our family-safety brand. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into intuitive designs that build trust, drive engagement, and support our global scaling. Key Accountabilities
- Lead visual concept execution for campaigns, paid media (e.g., Meta, Google), social channels, and marketing collateral, incorporating performance insights for iterative improvements
- Own UX/UI enhancements and design updates for the Spacetalk website, including landing pages, banners, promotional modules, and conversion touchpoints to optimise user journeys
- Create high-quality, demand-generating assets for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, websites, campaigns, and organic channels, including impactful eDMs
- Maintain and evolve Spacetalk's visual identity across digital touchpoints by developing design systems, templates, asset libraries, and guidelines
- Stay ahead of digital design, UX, and visual trends, introducing innovative ideas to enhance creative strategies and team approaches
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Product, Social and Customer Support teams to align on deliverables, refine workflows, and ensure premium, error-free outputs
About You
You are a creative, detail-oriented designer with 3-5 years of experience in digital content creation, passionate about crafting premium visuals that simplify complex information and drive business outcomes. You thrive in agile, startup-style environments, with a keen eye for brand consistency and user needs. Agency or eCommerce/tech services background is a plus, and you're excited to contribute to a purpose-driven brand that positively impacts families globally.
Skills
Essential
- Strong expertise in digital content design principles, UX/UI methodologies, and content hierarchies; proven ability to create high-quality assets for websites, social media, and campaigns
- Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design, prototyping, and templating
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience in agile, multidisciplinary teams with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly designs with a focus on accessibility, premium quality, and commercial intuition
- High attention to detail, ensuring error-free deliverables and logical customer journeys
- Experience in tech services, eCommerce, or family/consumer-facing brands
- Skills in POS and packaging design, motion graphics, and video editing
- Familiarity with performance analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) for insight-driven optimisations
- Background in creating design systems or guidelines for scaling brands
