THE ROLE

We’re looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in 7 Gordon St, Sorell TAS 7172, Australia . Reporting directly to the Branch’s Operations Supervisor, as a Casual Employee in a Support & Cleaning role, your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service and contribute to maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests;
  • Verify and prepare and equip vans before each booking;
  • Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition;
  • Moving and parking vans or picking clients from the airport;
  • Clean and maintain all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot;
  • Deliver and collect cars from repairs and maintenance, or delivering vehicles to specific locations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Valid Driver's license and ability to drive a van (plus);
  • Availability to work irregular schedules, weekends and national holidays;
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
  • Eye for cleanliness and inspection;
  • Communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Immediate availability.
