About the Role
This is a dream role for a dynamic designer who lives and breathes beauty branding. You’ll be at the heart of Holme Beauty’s creative team, crafting stunning product and packaging designs, high-impact digital assets, and engaging marketing materials that captivate our audience. From website design and email marketing to event branding, media assets, and social content, your work will be instrumental in shaping the look and feel of our brand as we grow globally. With our founder Hilary at the lead, driving this business forward passionately with her clear vision this role will work side by side with her on bring her vision to life!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing innovative and aesthetically striking product packaging that aligns with Holme Beauty’s signature style.
- Developing compelling email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Creating website assets and landing pages that enhance the digital experience.
- Designing social media content, event branding, and press materials that amplify brand presence.
- Working closely with marketing, product development, and e-commerce teams to ensure all visuals are cohesive and on-brand.
- Staying ahead of beauty and design trends to push creative boundaries.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven experience in email marketing design—bonus points if you’ve worked with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Strong portfolio in product and packaging design, demonstrating an eye for detail and innovation.
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD/Figma).
- An understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and e-commerce aesthetics.
- A creative thinker with an obsession for branding, typography, and color.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a pulse on design trends that captivate beauty consumers.
- Must enjoy a fast paced, ambitious workplace with a founder leader with a strong vision
