About the role

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing co-ordinator to grow our online presence through various channels. Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, key responsibilities include:-

  • Managing the end-to-end ecommerce function (Shopify and Amazon) - improving user journey, management of customer communication, maximising conversion rates and AOV, promotional execution, pricing and inventory accuracy. Analysis of sell through rates and future forecasting.. Support on-site loyalty and retention execution, ensuring frictionless engagement with CRM, rewards, and re-marketing programs. Identifying new channels. Managing customer email flows.
  • Partnerships - build and manage relationships with affiliates and content creators.
  • Reporting & Insights - Track and report on key metrics: revenue, conversion, AOV, bounce rate, cart abandonment, LTV, and customer journey insights, using this information to make informed future decisions and guide both product prioritisation and promotional strategy
  • Ownership of digital marketing execution - building campaigns through Meta, Google etc, analysis of success, making recommendations for improvements, monitoring spend remains within budget. Creating and testing scroll-stopping Meta ad creatives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration - working closely with internal (Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales) and external (developers, platform partners) stakeholders


Qualifications & Experience

  • 2 years experience in eCommerce marketplaces, preferably in FMCG and ideally within beverages, with a track record in conversion rate optimisation and growing online sales.
  • Knowledge and experience of paid online advertising and digital marketing
  • Experienced in using Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify, Amazon, Meta ads Manager
  • Experience with SEO and SEM.
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
