A leading National Retailer is expanding and we’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join the team at the newly opened, state-of-the-art Distribution Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role within a growing business that genuinely values its people and offers real career progression for the right candidate.
The Opportunity
As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring stock is received, stored, and dispatched efficiently, safely, and on time.
You’ll operate the later shift with a finish time of 5pm and work closely with the DC and Warehouse Manager to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound stock
- Lead, motivate and support warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality targets
- Ensure inventory accuracy and high standards of product care
- Maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures
- Coordinate workflows to meet deadlines and customer expectations
About You
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
