The Role
You may currently be delivering smaller projects, managing key packages, or operating in a Junior PM capacity and ready for broader ownership.
In this position, you will:
- Support and deliver multi-residential apartment projects from planning through to completion
- Manage smaller projects or key stages of larger developments
- Oversee programme coordination, subcontractor management and cost control
- Work closely with internal design, commercial and site teams within a D&C model
- Contribute to high-quality outcomes across safety, programme and budget

About You
- 3-6 years' experience within commercial or residential construction
- Exposure to apartment or multi-residential projects (or a strong desire to specialise in this sector)
- Understanding of Design & Construct project delivery
- Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management capability
- Ambition to continue developing into a well-rounded Project Manager
