The Role |
As the brand continues to scale across domestic and international wholesale markets, we’re seeking a highly organised Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator with a strong understanding of wholesale supply chain operations and end-to-end product movement.
This role sits at the centre of a multi-market distribution network and requires someone who understands the commercial importance of logistics within a wholesale model, from factory dispatch through freight forwarding, customs clearance, 3PL receipt, and final delivery to wholesale partners.
You will manage the operational flow of product across international and local warehouses, working closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PL providers to ensure on-time, accurate and cost-effective movement of goods. A clear understanding of Incoterms, shipping documentation, container bookings, landed costs and delivery windows is critical.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments across wholesale channels
- Liaising directly with freight forwarders on bookings, ETAs, delays and documentation
- Managing relationships with 3PL partners to ensure accurate receiving, putaway and dispatch
- Preparing and reviewing commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery confirmations and shipment documentation
- Monitoring inbound stock into multiple warehouses (domestic and international) and updating internal systems in real time
- Supporting timely delivery to wholesale accounts in line with seasonal launch calendars
- Investigating discrepancies such as short shipments, carton variances or missing pieces, and resolving receiving issues with 3PL teams
- Maintaining visibility across inventory movement to ensure accurate reporting and stock integrity
This is a detail-driven role requiring someone who understands how logistics performance directly impacts wholesale revenue, customer relationships and brand reputation.
The Skillset |
- Demonstrated experience within a wholesale supply chain, ideally in fashion or consumer goods
- Strong working knowledge of international freight processes, freight forwarders, customs documentation and 3PL operations
- Confidence managing multiple warehouses and distribution partners simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail, consistently identifying discrepancies before they escalate
- Strong commercial awareness of how logistics timelines impact wholesale delivery windows
- Clear, proactive communication skills when working with freight partners, warehouses and cross-functional internal teams
- Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively
- High level of accuracy in system updates, reporting and shipment documentation
