Description:

  • Leading the monthly, half yearly and annual global accounting and consolidation processes for the group and consolidated reporting under IFRS, including reviewing and approving entity accounting, Group consolidation adjustments and the consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow.
  • Prepare and coordinate all required external and internal reporting requirements including Board, Management and Shareholder reporting
  • Help complete their finance transformation including implementing our new consolidation tool with support from the implementation team (development is already underway)
  • Leading the year-end Group reporting process and preparation of financial statements for audit purposes

Requirements:

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

  • Big4 or mid-tier trained
  • Worked for a large corporate
  • Ideally worked in a business that has gone through M&A
  • Ideally have exposure from a founder led business
  • Ability to work autonomously and have curiosity and drive to question processes



Conditions:

  • Competitive yearly salary between $180,000 to 200,000 plus super and bonus
