- Base Salary HE07 $112,628 + 17% Superannuation
About the opportunity
The University is seeking a Senior Co-curricular Programs Coordinator in the Co-curricular Programs team to lead the design, coordination and delivery of targeted student programs and initiatives that enhance the student experience and support key University strategies.
Reporting to the Co-curricular Programs Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering a strategic co-design student facing initiative involving Peer Mentoring, leadership and development.
Working within Student Life, you will collaborate with teams across the University to design and deliver programs aligned to the student journey, informed by student data and experience insights. You will also support outreach initiatives for diverse student cohorts, contribute to campaign and event delivery, and assist with triage and referral of students to appropriate support services where needed.
This role contributes to a connected, data-informed and student-centred approach to co-curricular programming and student support.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- manage, coach and lead a small team of Co-curricular Program Coordinators
About you
demonstrated ability to analyse and synthesise information from multiple sources to determine student needs and priorities, particularly for high-achieving students ability to interpret policy information and assess impacts on student programs and initiatives excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with tact and discretion when handling sensitive student matters strong time and workload management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, stakeholder relationships and meet deadlines demonstrated experience working with students or young people experience designing and delivering engaging content for campaigns, workshops, events and initiatives across online and face-to-face formats experience in student support, triage, advising or prevention-focused services, including use of digital delivery platforms prior experience and knowledge in higher or tertiary education will be highly regardedTo keep our community safe, please be aware of our COVID safety precautions which form our conditions of entry for all staff, students and visitors coming to campus.
