The Role
We're looking for a Growth Lead to own and drive the go-to-market strategy from the ground up. You'll be the person responsible for taking Loaf from insider secret to household name.
You'll work directly with the founder and core team to build awareness, acquire users, and establish Loaf as the definitive brand in a market that doesn't fully exist yet. Property has never been liquid. It's never been tradeable like a stock. This is precedent we will be setting.
What's involved
Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy. Design and execute the strategy to launch Loaf into the market. Define positioning, messaging, and channels. Build the funnel from zero.
User Acquisition & Community. Lead early-stage acquisition across crypto-native, property, and retail investor audiences. Build credibility and trust with a demographic that's never seen a product like this.
Content & Social Media. Own content end-to-end. Plan, shoot, edit, and publish across platforms. Create founder-led content, educational series, property showcases, and brand storytelling that's sharp, entertaining, and impossible to scroll past.
Media & PR Outreach. Build relationships with journalists, podcasters, and creators. Land coverage that positions Loaf as a serious player reshaping property investment in Australia.
Brand & Creative. Coordinate with the team on brand direction, visual identity, and campaign creative. Ensure everything we put out feels premium, bold, and unmistakably Loaf.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in growth, marketing, or go-to-market, ideally at a startup or in fintech/crypto/proptech
- 50,000+ social media followers or a demonstrable history of building audience and engagement on platforms like X, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Instagram
- Strong hands-on skills with video and photo editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Canva, Final Cut, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut)
- Comfortable behind and in front of a camera. You can shoot, direct, and produce content that engages
- Deep understanding of what makes content land on social media in 2026
- Strong people skills to acquire partnerships alongside founder.
- Genuine interest in property, finance, crypto, or the intersection of all three
- Ability to move fast, work autonomously, and thrive in the ambiguity of an early-stage company
